CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-88-65 <br /> JOHN VAN RUITEN <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall <br /> he complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map . <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . A parcel map is required . <br /> 2 . A ten ( 10 ) foot wide roadway dedication is required on <br /> Sargent Road along the frontage of Parcel A. <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . A <br /> percolation test , soil profile , and a minimum sewage <br /> disposal area are required for Local Health District <br /> approval . A permit for the percolation test from the Health <br /> District is. required on Parcel A. <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1 . A Notice of Nonrenewal of the Williamson Act Contract shall <br /> be filed on Parcel A. A recorded copy of this Notice with <br /> all required signatures shall be submitted to the Planning <br /> Division . <br /> 2 . A Joint Management Agreement between the homesite parcel and <br /> the remainder shall be executed between the owner-operator <br /> and the benefiting family member . A recorded copy of the <br /> executed agreement shall be submitted to the Planning <br /> Department . <br /> NOTE : Payment of school fees may be required prior to <br /> issuance of building permits . Contact the Lodi School <br /> District for specific fee requirements . <br />
