CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-88-68 <br /> VINK BROTHERS <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map . <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . A parcel map is required . <br /> 2 . Proof of legal access to Chrisman Road shall be provided . <br /> 3 . The private right-of-way shall be improved with a minimum of <br /> six ( 6) inches of aggregate base for a width of sixteen ( 16 ) <br /> feet in accordance with Board of Supervisors Resolution <br /> R-85-643 , from Chrisman Road to that portion of Parcel A <br /> served by the private right-of-way , and shall terminate with <br /> a fifty ( 50 ) foot radius cul-de-sac prior to issuance of a <br /> Building Permit and a note stating such shall be placed on <br /> the parcel map . <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1 . A Notice of Nonrenewal of the Williamson Act Contract shall <br /> be filed on Parcel A . A recorded copy of this Notice with <br /> all required signatures shall be submitted to the Planning <br /> Division . <br /> 2 . A Joint Management Agreement between the homesite parcel and <br /> the remainder shall be executed between the owner-operator <br /> and the benefiting family member . A recorded copy of the <br /> executed agreement shall be submitted to the Planning <br /> Department . <br /> NOTE : The Health District has no conditions to impose on this <br /> minor subdivision providing the final recorded parcel <br /> map has a net remaining of three ( 3) acres on Parcel A. <br /> NOTE : Payment of school fees may be required prior to <br /> issuance of building permits . Contact the Tracy <br /> School District for specific fee requirements . <br />
