A recorded copy of this Notice with <br /> all required signatures shall be submitted to the Planning <br /> Division. <br /> 2 . A Joint Management Agreement between the homesite parcel and <br /> the remainder shall be executed between the owner—operator <br /> and the benefiting family member.
