Walter E. Curtis
Civil Engineer
CE #11584
418 Matthew Plaza
Lodi, California 95240
Phone: (209) 368-4159
San Joaquin Local Health District
Environmental Health Division
Subject: Percolation Test (Parcel Map No. MS-88-74)
Submitted for your review is the result of one percolation test per-
formed on the John H. Jacobs property located at 28325 River Road, Escalon,
California, in San Joaquin County.
The proposed development is to separate out Parcel "A", 1.5 Acres, from
a larger agricultural parcel. The test was performed in accordance with the
percolation test procedures outlined in the "Manual of Septic Tank Practice",
published by the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare, and per
requirements of the San Joaquin County Local Health District.
Engineer's Certificate:
On May 2 and 3, 1988, one percolation test was performed on the above
referenced property under my direction in conformance with San Joaquin Ordin-
ance No. 549. The approximate location of the hole is shown on the accom-
panying Parcel Map.
A percolation rate of 10.9 minutes per inch is the result of the test
amd a minimum usable sewage disposal area of 8,000 square feet is recommended
for Parcel "A".
