Auto mechanic and Brandon Lim, owner,was <br /> questioned regarding how spill was clean up. Per Brandon, the spills are wiped with launder rags. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br /> waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br /> emergencies. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train the employees. Provide proof of training within 30 days to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)for employees whose responsibilities include hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years.
