<br /> 13.2.8 Tank Mounting

<br /> 13.2.9 ULA Testing This Limited Warranty shall be null and void if the products to
<br /> which it applies: (a) have not been installed or employed by
<br /> Tank sumps shall e tested and listed by Underwriters anyone other than an installer trained by Seller,or in a manner
<br /> Laboratories to meet "Standard Testing Procedure for
<br /> Underground Dispenser Sumps and Tank Sumps". which fails to conform to Seller's installation instruction, or (b)
<br /> respecting Seller's coupling machine, if another manufacturer's
<br /> couplings have been employed.
<br /> 14. WARRANTY `
<br /> AS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF THE ABOVE
<br /> WARRANTIES, SELLER WILL REPLACE
<br /> 1. Thirty Year GeoFlex'System Warranty
<br /> LIMITED
<br /> NONCONFORMING GOODS OR REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE.
<br /> THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
<br /> Environ Products, Inc. ("Seller")warrants that products sold in WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
<br /> it which are incorporated into its GeoFlex System, as herein LIMITED T0, THOSE CONCERNING MERCHANTABILITY OR
<br /> defined, shall be of good materials and workmanship and free

<br /> party approved. This Limited Warranty shall extend to Seller's use.

<br /> which it applies:(a)are employed in above ground applications,
<br /> (b)have been installed by anyone other than an installer trained

<br /> free from functional defects for a period of ten (10) years from
<br /> such products shall
