You <br /> created such a parcel in 1987 ( LA-87-28 ) when you adjusted <br /> the property line between a 4 .8 acre parcel and a 18 .5 acre <br /> parcel to create a .1 . 4 acre homesite and a 21. 6 acre <br /> remainder. You are now requesting to create another <br /> homesite parcel out of the 21 . 6 acre remainder created as a <br /> result of the lot line adjustment mentioned above . As you <br /> did not have a twenty-one ( 21) acre parcel, prior to the <br /> lot line adjustment , you could not qualify for a Minor <br /> Subdivision application under Section 9-4104 ; therefore , <br /> you were permitted the lot line adjustment. You cannot now <br /> use the 21 .6 acre parcel created as a result of the lot <br /> line adjustment to qualify for an additional homesite <br /> parcel . <br /> A ten ( 10 ) day appeal period is required from the date this <br /> letter is sent out.
