A parcel map is required . <br /> 2 . A 10' wide roadway dedication is required on Mackville Road <br /> along the frontage of Parcel A. <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . Parcel A on the final recorded map must have a net of three <br /> (3 ) acres . <br /> BUILDING DIVISION <br /> 1 . The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> a.
