All improvements and related work shall be in conformance with the current County <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications, and County Development Title. <br /> i An encroachment permit from Public Works is required for any work <br /> commencing in the County right-of-way or applicable easements. Submit <br /> improvement plans for review and approval. <br /> ii The cost for any extension, connection, or placement of new facilities shall <br /> be borne by the applicant. <br /> e. Applicant shall be responsible for making on-going payments for the normal and <br /> customary service charges as adopted for each fiscal year by the County, including <br /> partial year advance deposits for periods of occupancy prior to placement on the <br /> property tax rolls. <br /> f. All conditions of approval assigned to the development application as submitted to <br /> and approved by the County Community Development Department shall be <br /> satisfied. <br /> This will-serve shall expire 12 months from the date of this letter.
