Description <br />Of Parcel "1" <br />A SINGLE PARCEL of land comprised of the following Two (2) descriptions <br />located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 35 (Thirty -Five), Township 2 (Two) <br />South, Range 7 (Seven) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, County of San <br />Joaquin, State of California. <br />Description One: <br />The West One -Half (W 1 /2) of the Northeast One�Quarter (NE 1 /4) of the <br />Southeast One -Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Thirty -Five (35), Township Two (2) <br />South, Range Seven (7) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. <br />Subject to Moncure Road along the Northerly Boundary. <br />Description Two: <br />A parcel of land situated in the County of San Joaquin, State of California and <br />being a portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section Thirty rive (35), Township <br />Two (2) South, Range Seven (7) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at an Iron Pipe at the Northeast corner of the said Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 35; thence along the North line of said Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 35, being also the North line of Moncieur Road, North 89°56' West, <br />1321.25 feet to the Northwest corner of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of <br />the Southeast Quarter of said Section 35; thence along the West line of the West <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 35, <br />South 0°06' East, 1324.4 feet to an Iron Pipe at the Southwest corner of the West <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 35, said <br />last mentioned Iron Pipe being the True Point of Beginning of the within <br />described parcel of land; thence continue South 0°06' East along the centerline <br />of an Irrigation Ditch, 1315.13 feet to an Iron Pipe at Northerly Base of a Levee; <br />Machado LLA LD 2021-154 P1 LD (003) <br />7/28/2022 <br />PAGE 1 OF 3 <br />
