The project proposes to convert an <br /> existing 7, 000-square4bot building, a 13,200-square400tbuilding , and a 3 , 930-stluare400t building for indoor <br /> cannabis cultivation ; and convert a 4 , 720-square400t building for cannabis distribution . The facility will operate <br /> from 4: 30 A. M . to 6: 00 P. M . in two shifts, with 6 to 8 employees per shift. On site services will be provided for <br /> water, sewer, and storm water detention.
