A complete three year bill of lading record for <br /> used filter recycling was not observed during the inspection. The facility transport used oil filter to their other shop <br /> located at 18401 S Wagner Ave, Ripon, CA.The facility does not have a log with quantity and dates for the filters <br /> transported. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> Persons generating,transporting, or receiving used drained metal oil or fuel filters shall use a bill of lading to record <br /> the transfer of used filters. Bills of lading must indicate generator,transporter, and receiving company names, <br /> addresses,telephone numbers,the quantity and size of used filter containers transferred, and the date of transfer. <br /> A copy of each bill of lading must be kept on the premises of the generator,transporter, and receiving facility where <br /> the used filters were handled. Copies of bills of lading shall be kept for a period of three years. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain all missing bill of lading recycling records that can be found. Provide a <br /> corrective action statement for managing used oil filters, and bill of lading recycling records and supporting <br /> documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete amended <br /> report was finished today on 05/09/2022 and replaces the initial checklist. The report was amended to remove <br /> violation 603 and add violation 608.
