Waste left <br />on site overnight must be secured in a fenced area or a locked <br />building, or remain under surveillance until it is removed. <br />This variance is granted only under the conditions specified <br />in Attachment A - "Variance Conditions for Agricultural Chemical <br />Waste Collection Program", incorporated herein by reference. <br />The Department commends San Joaquin County Department of <br />Public Works, Solid Waste Division for their effort to sponsor <br />this agricultural chemical waste collection program.
