The forms <br /> contained obsolete hazard categories. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: This violation was corrected at the time of the inspectoin. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The site map is missing the following required elements: <br /> -locations of emergency response equipment(fire extinguishers and spill kit) <br /> -locations of all hazardous materials <br /> -loading area <br /> -internal roads <br /> -emergency shut-offs <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This violation was corrected at the time of the inspection. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date, January 15. The business made their last <br /> submittal on 07/31/2017. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This violation was corrected at the time of the inspection.
