Lead Staff Person prepares NOE, <br />attaches supporting documentation <br />for internal review, initials and Lead Staff Person <br />dates this form, and submits the <br />completed package to Eric Maher <br />of the Office of Program Audits and <br />Environmental Analysis. <br />Step #2 After PEAS review, Eric Maher <br />initials and dates this form. The <br />NOE package is sent to the lead staff Eric Maher <br />person's Branch Chief. <br />Step #3 If the Branch Chief approves the NOE, <br />the Branch Chief signs at the bottom <br />of the NOE and in the space to the <br />right. The entire package is sent <br />to the CEQA Tracking Center (CTC) Branch Chief <br />in PEAS, at DTSC Headquarters. <br />Step #4 CTC photocopies the NOE and enters <br />information into the CTC database. <br />The NOE is filed with the Office of <br />Planning and Research, State Clearing- <br />house. A copy of this form will be <br />sent to the lead staff person for <br />verification of filing. <br />Date mailed to <br />At the time of filing, a 30 day OPR <br />public posting by OPR starts the <br />35 day statute of limitations on <br />the NOE.
