This <br />variance authorizes qualified CESQGs to transport and deliver to San Joaquin County's <br />household hazardous waste (HH`W) collection facilities, hazardous wastes in excess of <br />quantity limitations imposed by statute. <br />The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has completed its review of <br />your request. Based on the information provided, DTSC is granting this variance to San <br />Joaquin County subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in the attached <br />document. <br />Pursuant to Health and Safety Code (HSC), section 25143(e), DTSC may waive <br />all, or part, of the fees for an application for a variance.
