Young and Sons, I support
your proposed plan to include Lockeford into your Household Hazardous Waste
(HHW) Collection Program schedule for 1998-1999.
You have requested permission to use the area behind Lockeford Country
Flowers, the southeast corner of the Payless Food Mart Lot, 18980 N. Hwy
88, for the Lockeford HHW COLLECTION EVENT on August 22, 1998, between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. You will be allowed use of the site,
subject to the three conditions we discussed previously:
1. Harry L. Young and Sons will be named as additional
insured for the duration of the event set-up, operation
and tear down period.
2. HHW site setup on August 22, 1998 does not interfere with
daily business operations.
3.
