Based on the. information submitted <br />and contractor operations plans, DTSC is granting a variance to San Joaquin County, <br />Department of Public Works subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in the <br />attached document. <br />Pursuant to Health and Safety Code (HSC), section 25205.3, household hazardous <br />waste collection facilities operated by local government agencies are exempt from all fees <br />imposed by HSC, Article 9.1.
