I will try to give you a call <br />early next week. <br /> <br />The problem with the glass (with respect to visual - is that at many disposal sites - surface debris are visual <br />indicators of daylighted waste, surface disposal, etc. I would recommend that the consultant and contractor <br />clean-up and remove any surface debris remants over "documented" clean-closed areas. There are still areas <br />of disposal at the PNA site (power plant property), etc. If glass is in areas that have not been clean-closed - it <br />may represent daylighted waste (no cover) or surface debris. <br /> <br />We can discuss further next week. The clean-closure certification aspect of this site is problematic due to the <br />nature and history of disposal site operations at the site. The most conservative approach is to continue <br />inspections and require a waste excavation plan (which is already approved for the site).
