4

Hi Robert,

The GPR survey was already performed on 19 February 2019 using Electromagnetic Induction (EMI);
we discussed the scheduled date for the EMI in the meeting. Ann Palmer was onsite for the survey.
The EMI does not provide immediate information onsite, they have to send the data to their office and
compile it and map it. I am waiting for the results of the survey. I was hoping I would receive it today
but it may not be until Monday. Both AGE and the client understand that the EHD and Regional Board
have different concerns and that additional work may be necessary using varying methods to meet
the satisfactions of both agencies.

Thank you for confirming that the EHD will be onsite for the work scheduled from March 11 through
15, 2019.

Will you please confirm the permit fees?

Thanks,

Brian W. The water board and the EHD have differing
authorities and concerns. I know that you have the GRP plan and the EHD would also want to be onsite for that. I want
you to know that if the GPR and the boring do not show much or anything your client will need to trench the site to our
satisfaction. I know trenches are not in the work plan, so we would need to see a new plan or an amended plan that
includes trenching. Robert .
