The revised Clean Closure <br />Plan/EMMP Workplan Addendum should identify that a Verification Report prepared by a <br />registered civil engineer or a certified engineering geologist will be submitted after the <br />completion of the removal activities. <br />The above noted items can be included in an amended and combined Clean Closure Plan/EMMP <br />Workplan Addendum document (revised from the current EMMP Workplan Addendum submittal) or can <br />be included in stand-alone Clean Closure Plan and amended EMMP Workplan Addendum documents. <br />The removal of the waste glass and associated contaminated soils may be conducted under a Local <br />Voluntary Cleanup Remedial Action Agreement.
