Field activities to remove the soil cap and glass cullet beneath the cap were
performed between 18 and 21 March 2019. Work was postponed today due to complications with the
excavating equipment. Work will resume on Monday 25 March 2019 and the job will likely be
completed by Tuesday 26 March 2019. I would like to schedule a meeting at the site on Thursday
(3/28) or Friday (3/29) next week with both agencies to inspect the work performed. Would the EHD
and CVRWQCB be amenable to a site meeting on either of those days?

Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or comments.

Thanks,

Brian W.
