Narrative Effluent Limitations <br /> <br />1. Storm water discharges and authorized non-storm water discharges <br />regulated by this General Permit shall not contain a hazardous <br />substance equal to or in excess of reportable quantities established in <br />40 C.F.R. §§ 117.3 and 302.4, unless a separate NPDES Permit has <br />been issued to regulate those discharges. <br /> <br />2.
