For any site that spans two or more planning watersheds,13 the <br />discharger shall calculate a separate Risk Level for each planning watershed. <br />The discharger shall notify the State Water Board of the site’s Risk Level <br />determination(s) and shall include this determination as a part of submitting <br />the PRDs. If a discharger ends up with more than one Risk Level <br />determination, the Regional Water Board may choose to break the project <br />into separate levels of implementation. <br /> <br /> <br />IX. RISK LEVEL 1 REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Risk Level 1 Dischargers shall comply with the requirements included in <br />Attachment C of this General Permit. <br /> <br /> <br />X. RISK LEVEL 2 REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Risk Level 2 Dischargers shall comply with the requirements included in <br />Attachment D of this General Permit. <br /> <br /> <br />XI. RISK LEVEL 3 REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Risk Level 3 Dischargers shall comply with the requirements included in <br />Attachment E of this General Permit. <br /> <br /> <br />XII.
