Order <br />2009-0009-DWQ amended by 2010-0014-DWQ & 2012-0006-DWQ <br /> 38 <br /> <br />XV. REGIONAL WATER BOARD AUTHORITIES <br /> <br />A. In the case where the Regional Water Board does not agree with the <br />discharger’s self-reported risk level (e.g., they determine themselves to be <br />a Level 1 Risk when they are actually a Level 2 Risk site), Regional Water <br />Boards may either direct the discharger to reevaluate the Risk Level(s) for <br />their site or terminate coverage under this General Permit. <br /> <br />B. Regional Water Boards may terminate coverage under this General <br />Permit for dischargers who fail to comply with its requirements or where <br />they determine that an individual NPDES permit is appropriate. <br /> <br />C. Regional Water Boards may require dischargers to submit a Report of <br />Waste Discharge / NPDES permit application for Regional Water Board <br />consideration of individual requirements. <br /> <br />D. Regional Water Boards may require additional Monitoring and Reporting <br />Program Requirements, including sampling and analysis of discharges to <br />sediment-impaired water bodies. <br /> <br />E. Regional Water Boards may require dischargers to retain records for more <br />than the three years required by this General Permit.
