I am including
them in this thread, and they would have the specific details on the wells installed.

Please reach out to Pinne or Robert on this matter, hopefully they have more information on the subject well.

Aaron Gooderham – REHS
Environmental Health Department – County of San Joaquin
Website: https://www.sjgov.org/department/envhealth/
Main Line: (209) 468-3420

From: Gregory Gibson <ggibson@ci.lathrop.ca.us>
Sent: Tuesday, January 26, 2021 3:04 PM
To: Gooderham, Aaron [EHD] <agooderham@sjgov.org>
Subject: FW: Emailing: [1] C6.0 MURPHY PARKWAY - PLAN AND PROFILE

CAUTION: This email is originated from outside of the organization. The City needs to either
demo or reset it with a monument to conform with the grade for the new roadway construction project for Murphy
Parkway. Attached are the construction plans that show the well location shown in a bubble, and below is a photograph
of the well and its location identified on an aerial photo.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.

Thanks,

Greg Gibson
Senior Civil Engineer
City of Lathrop – Public Works Department
390 Towne Centre Drive
Lathrop, CA 95330
Direct (209) 941-7442
