Bowman Road, French Camp, CA 95231 <br />APN: 193-260-19, SR0083481 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed <br />the engineer designed septic system plan dated March 26, 2021 and addendum dated May 11, <br />2021 and December 1, 2021 for above referenced location. The EHD concurs with the Engineer <br />designed septic system for a three bedrooms Manufactured home with the following conditions: <br />1) Obtain Residential Engineer designed Septic System Permit prior to construction. An <br />issued building permit is required prior to issuance of Septic System permit. A two-way <br />clean out shall be installed between the building and the septic tank and every 100 feet at <br />ground level. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. The <br />septic system shall be installed according to the approved engineer designed with the <br />following requirements: <br />a) Install a 2000 -gallon septic tank with risers. <br />b) Install Orenco Universal BioTube with single Pump in the second compartment of the <br />septic tank with audio and visual alarm. <br />c) Install three 60 ft long leach lines. <br />d) The bottom of leach fields shall be at 24" below final grade. <br />If you have any questions please contact Aldara Salinas, Environmental Health Specialist at <br />asalinas@sjgov.org or at (209) 616-3019. <br />Steven Shih, REHS <br />Program Coordinator <br />1868 E.
