Pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 17200 et <br />seq., Defendant SAO SIN is enjoined for five tlyears from the date of AUSL4 18, 2022 from: <br />a. Employing, contracting with, or training Jeremey Rhey Jacolbe Bongacron as an <br />b. Employing, contracting with, ox training Jeremey Rhey Jacolbe Bongacron as an <br />AUTOMOTIVE TECI3NICIAN; <br />c. Aiding and abetting Jeremey Rhey Jacolbe Bongacron in owning, controlling, <br />managing, or holding any role with decision making power over the daily operations <br />of a business engaged, in whole or in part, in the REPAIR OF MOTOR VEHICLES. <br />6. Defendant has received a copy of the October 3, 2022 injunction against co -Defendant <br />Sopheak San in this above -entitled case STK-CV-UBT-2022-2863 and has knowledge of the <br />contents of said injunction, including the provisions and time period prohibiting Sopheak San from <br />employment, contractor work, training, apprenticeship, and any activity in which Sopheak San acts <br />as an AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR DEALER and/or AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN. Pursuant to <br />Business and Professions Code section 17200 et seq., Defendant SAO SIN is enjoined for five 5 <br />years fr <br />om the date of October 3, 2022 from: <br />a. Employing, contr <br />acting with, or training Sopheak San as an AUTOMOTIVE REPAIl2. <br />DEALER; <br />b. Employing, contracting with, or training Sopheak San as an AUTOMOTIVE <br />01 ul <br />c. Aiding and abetting Sopheak San in owning, controlling, managing, or holding any <br />role with decision making power <br />over the daily operations of a business engaged, in <br />whole or in part <br />, in the REPAIR OF MOTOR VEHICLES. <br />7.
