1 MOTOR VEHICLES and HAZARDOUS WASTE GENERATOR activities in the County of San <br />2 Joaquin and elsewhere in the State of California. <br />3 3. For the purposes of this Judgment, the following definitions shall apply: <br />4 a. "Automotive repair dealer" has the same meaning as Business and Professions Code <br />5 section 9880.1(a) and means a person who, for compensation, engages in the business <br />6 of repairing or diagnosing malfunctions of motor vehicles. <br />7 b. "Automotive technician" has the same meaning as Business and Professions Code <br />8 section 9880.1(g) and means an employee of an AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR. DEALER <br />9 and who, for salary or wage, performs maintenance, diagnostics, repair, removal, or <br />10 installation of any integral component parts of an engine, driveline, chassis or body of <br />11 any vehicle. <br />12 c. "Repair of motor vehicles" means maintenance, diagnostics, repair, removal, or <br />13 installation of any integral component parts of an engine, driveline, chassis or body of <br />14 any vehicle, specifically including, but not limited to, all brake services, smog <br />is compliance checks, oil change, automotive body repair work, and automotive <br />16 mechanical repair work. <br />17 d. "Hazardous waste generator" means any person or business whose act or process <br />18 produces hazardous waste identified or listed at California Code of Regulations, Title <br />19 22 section 66261.3. <br />20 4. Pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 17200 et seq., Defendant, with actual or <br />21 constructive knowledge of this Injunction, only insofar as they are doing business in the State of <br />22 California, is permanently enjoined from: <br />23 a. Operating as an AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR DEALER without a valid automotive <br />24 repair dealer license, in violation of Business and Professions Code section 9884.6(a). <br />25 5. Defendant has received a copy of the August 18, 2022 injunction against co -Defendant <br />26 Jeremey Rhey Jacolbe Bongacron in this above -entitled case STK-CV-UBT-2022-2863 and has <br />27 knowledge of the contents of said injunction, including the provisions and time period prohibiting <br />28 Jeremey Rhey Jacolbe Bongacron from employment, contract work, training, apprenticeship, and any <br />-2— <br />PERMANJsNT,INJUNCTIONAND FINAL JiJDGEIviENT PURSUANT TO STII'ULATION <br />
