Manthey Road , Lathrop APN : 193 - 330 - 22 <br /> INFORMATION : <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area . <br /> Manthey Road has an existing and planned right- of-way width of 60 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 ) An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right- of-way .
