Clean within 1 week <br />and repair as necessary. <br />Observed damaged gasket of door of 1 dr Metro C5 warmer in cafeteria. Replace within 2 weeks. <br />Observed damaged left door of Avantco ice cream freezer. Repair/replace door within 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175).
