Per manager sanitizer <br />dispenser is mainly used for filling sanitizer buckets as utensils are washed in dishwasher. Provide 200 ppm quat minimum <br />at sanitizer dispenser. Corrected on site, sanitizer bag was replaced and dispenser provided 300 ppm quat. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized.
