Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hand sink is lacking a dispenser for the hand soap and paper towels. Provide dispenser for hand <br />soap and paper towels and maintain stocked at all times. Increase the hot water heater to maintain <br />120 F minimum. Correct today. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #22 Disposal of Sewage/Wastewater <br />OBSERVATIONS: The mop sink is not used for the disposal of waste mop water and was observed blocked by boxes of <br />alcoholic beverages. Per employee on site, dirty mop water is disposed of in drain in middle of the parking lot. Discontinue <br />this practice. Remove merchandise from in front of the mop sink. Mop sink shall be fully accessible, in proper operation and <br />used for the disposal of waste water. Correct today. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system.
