The approval of Major Subdivision Application No. SU-87-8 <br /> by the Planning Commission would become effective when Zone <br /> Reclassification ZR-87-22 became effective. The Board of <br /> Supervisors is scheduled to hear ZR-87-22 on May 5 , 1987 . <br /> Assuming Board approval, the Zone Reclassification would <br /> become effective June 4 , 1987 . <br /> 2 . The proposed project meets the density requirement of the <br /> General Plan for this area (Residential , Low Density ) . <br /> 3 .
