5 . Pacific Gas & Electric Company: <br /> Ten-foot-wide public utility easements shall be provided on <br /> all street frontages within the subdivision and shall be <br /> dedicated when the final map is filed. <br /> 6 . Building Inspection Division: . <br /> a. A grading permit will be required for the excavating or <br /> filling of earth material . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted to the Building <br /> Inspection Division and shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U.B . C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section <br /> 7006( 1 ) . <br /> c. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable . <br /> d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> e . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br /> porated in the grading plans . <br /> f . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br /> of a building permit . <br /> NOTE : On March 19, 1987 , the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission approved SU-87-7 subject to the Conditions of <br /> Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 4 - (SU-87-7) <br />
