Labeled by process of elimination.Will only use if needed 01 G. <br /> One of three poly 250ml unpreserved container(lab#01 O)did not have a sample label.This container will not be used for analyses. Both <br /> samples 3776-Tank and 3670-Tank(01#O)containers do not have a client label. <br /> Received 6-40ml HCI voa vials and no volatile anaylses are requested for this sample. <br /> The Chain-of-Custody(COC)was incomplete as received and/or improperly completed. <Sample analyses are not checked off on the <br /> COC, logged for all the analyses listed on the header columns. <br /> GC/MS VOA <br /> No analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described in the Definitions/Glossary page. <br /> GC/MS Semi VOA <br /> Method 8270C:The following sample was diluted due to the abundance of non-target analytes: 3670-TANK(720-78845-1). Elevated <br /> reporting limits(RLs)are provided. <br /> No additional analytical or quality issues were noted,other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page. <br /> GC Semi VOA <br /> Method 801513:The following sample required a dilution due to the nature of the sample matrix: 3670-TANK(720-78845-1).
