Return to compliance was received 2/26/2015. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The operator of the site or facility which receives an inspection report shall submit a <br /> written response to the department or the local officer or agency authorized to enforce this chapter pursuant to <br /> subdivision (a)of Section 25180 within 60 days of receipt of the inspection report, or within a shorter time as the <br /> department or the local officer or agency may reasonably require,which shall include a statement documenting <br /> corrective actions taken by the operator or proposing corrective actions which will be taken by the operator,for <br /> purposes of compliance with this chapter, or disputing the existence of the violation. The local agency,the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, requires response within 30 days. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 206 HSC 25160.2(c)(2)Waste stream or generator not eligible to use consolidated manifesting procedure. <br /> OBSERVATION: This facility is releasing the following wastes for transport and disposal using the consolidated <br /> manifesting procedure:fuel contaminated liquid. The disposal receipts 024181541JJK are by American Valley <br /> Waste Oil Inc. on 6/1/22.These wastes are not eligible for consolidated manifesting since the owner stated that the <br /> liquid being hauled off as oily water was retrieved from the sumps. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: California Health &Safety Code section 25160.2 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately stop releasing the following wastes for transport and disposal using the <br /> consolidated manifesting procedure:fuel contaminated liquid. Start using the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest <br /> (UHWM)system for transport and disposal of hazardous waste not eligible for the consolidated manifesting <br /> procedure.
