<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed two CO2 cylinders by the mop sink not secured. Store CO2 cylinders upright against a wall
<br />and secured with a chain. Correct today. (REPEAT)
<br />A scoop was observed inside a container of sugar with the handle inside the sugar during the inspection. Remove scoop,
<br />wash and sanitize, and store inside a cleanable container with handle facing up. Correct today.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: The restroom door has a self-closing device, however the door is in disrepair and does not self-close
<br />(bottom of door disintegrating causing door to get caught on floor). Repair or replace the door within two weeks.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a
<br />well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet
<br />facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons: in

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed food debris and liquid under coolers in the back room. Detail clean hard to reach areas of
<br />floors under equipment within one week. Maintain clean.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor
<br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
<br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original
<br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. (114143 (d),
