These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. If complaints regarding improper sewage disposal are received and verified <br /> then permitted portable toilets will required to be used during the period of <br /> usage for this island. <br /> 2. An approved potable water supply must be provided for all employees/users <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.1). Should the <br /> number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or <br /> the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of CCR, Title 22, will be required by <br /> the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-115.9. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin Countv Health Care Services <br />
