State Route 12 <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Provide an approved potable water supply for all employees. <br /> b. Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees. <br /> C. No waste including asphalt and concrete will be buried or <br /> landfilled. <br /> d. A 90 day storage limit to process and remove asphalt and <br /> concrete to prevent vector harborage. <br /> e.
