Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). Site Plan shall <br /> demonstrate 100% expansion area as required by San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
