First, the width of the street improvements, which is currently within <br /> our City limits, does not comply with our adopted General Plan. Second, any DFIA <br /> or encroachment permits should be processed through the City of Lathrop. <br /> Given the fact that conditions of approval cannot be changed when a time extension <br /> is requested coupled with the fact that circumstances have changed which affect those <br /> conditions, we respectfully request that you deny the time extension. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Pamela R.
