In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, <br /> which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The <br /> reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building <br /> 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may <br /> delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of <br /> Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the <br /> reevaluation process is completed. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $533.00 per 1,000 gross <br /> square foot of building as Manufacturing in the Lodi area.
