Business License The applicant shall secure a business license prior to the initiation of the use. Lighting If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) Site Plan A revised Site Plan is required to be submitted with the full application. The Site Plan must show the following: • Include a vicinity map on the Site Plan. • Draw the Site Plan to a set scale (e.g. 1:20). • Use dark property lines. • Show the entire parcel. Next Sten When the applicant is ready to submit the full application it will be necessary to do the following: • Submit the remaining portion of the Site Approval fee. • Submit a Site Plan that is revised according to the Development Committee memo. • Submit seven copies of the application. Should the applicant file a full application the following Uniform Fire Code regulations will apply: UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit. 1) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of: 1). NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code (static water supply). 2) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section 902.2 of the California Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. 2
