PP-96-1 OF YOUSiF HALLOW <br /> (FOURTH SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT) <br /> IT IS RECOMMENDED: <br /> That the Board of Supervisors: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration; <br /> 2. Approve Special Purpose Plan Application No. PP-96-01 with the conditions and the "Basis for <br /> Special Purpose Plan' contained in the Staff Report, with Condition 1.a.(1) amended as follows: <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. (1) One 4_29 90-foot-high , double-faced, multi-tenant pole sign may be permitted. <br /> Each face shall be no greater than 1200 square feet in area. Additional pole <br /> signs shall not be permitted. <br /> REASON FOR RECOMMENDATION <br /> The applicant is proposing a comprehensive sign plan as part of a Special Purpose Plan for approximately <br /> 28 acres zoned C-FS adjacent to Fiag City. The original proposal provided for two 120-foot-high pole <br /> signs to be double faced with 1200 square feet per face. The proposal prohibited any other pole signs <br /> and discussed attached signs. During review of the project,the applicant agreed to changes that resulted <br /> in the following: <br /> The plan shall comply with all requirements of the Development Title with the following exceptions: <br /> One 120-foot-high , double-faced, multi-tenant pole sign may be permitted. Each face <br /> shall be no greater than 1200 square feet in area. Additional pole signs shall not be <br /> permitted. <br /> Logo displays on multiple walls may be permitted. <br />
