APPROVED USE: This approval is for a Special Purpose Plan which includes only a <br /> Comprehensive Sign Plan described as follows: The Comprehensive Sign Plan regulates <br /> signs on approximately 28 acres of property zoned C-FS located on the south side of <br /> State Route 12, east of the Flag City development. Signs shall comply with all <br /> requirements of the Development Title, with the following exceptions: <br /> (1) One (1) 120-foot-high, double-faced, multi-tenant pole sign may be permitted. <br /> Each face shall be no greater than 1200 square feet in area.
