Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> Submit plans for approval by the Environmental Health Division <br /> for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development. The <br /> plans must be designed by a Registered Engineer. <br /> Obtain discharge requirements form the California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, prior to <br /> �<< development. <br /> The project shall be served by a public water system <br /> conforming the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Services Division, and the <br /> Department of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate <br /> domestic and fire water supply in conformance to the <br /> requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local Fire <br /> District. A test well showing that the production well will <br /> meet all applicable standards is required prior to the <br /> approval of the Improvement Plans or any work within the site. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
