The first is a Zone Reclassification of approximately 90 acres from AU- <br /> 20 to R-L. The second part is a Major Subdivision application to subdivide approximately 90 acres to <br /> create 432 residential lots and three non-residential lots with a vesting tentative map. Although no <br /> underlying use has been proposed for two of these lots, the applicants have stated that potential uses <br /> could include a church or a day care center. Typical lots are 50 feet wide by 100 feet long. This project <br /> includes a request for a Density Bonus. Twenty percent of the lots are proposed for dwelling units <br /> affordable to low income households.
