Goulart : <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District ( District ) has reviewed the planning <br /> applications ( PA ' s ) from the County of San Joaquin ( County ) for the projects referenced <br /> above . Per the referral , the project consists of ( 1 ) a map amendment to change a 14 . 5 <br /> acre portion of a 78 . 78 acre parcel from Agriculture Urban Reserve (A/ UR ) to Very Low <br /> Density Residential ( R /VL ) ; ( 2 ) a zone reclassification to change the zoning of the same <br /> 14 . 5 acre parcel from Agriculture - Urban Reserve , 20 acre minimum (AU - 20 ) to Very low <br /> Density Residential ( R /VL ) to align with the General Plan designation and to facilitate a <br /> residential subdivision ; ( 3 ) a proposal to subdivide the same 14 . 5 acre parcel into a <br /> maximum of 26 residential lots ; and (4 ) a Williamson Act cancellation proposing to <br /> remove a 1 . 57 acre portion of parcel 015 - 020 - 26 that will be impacted by project <br /> development ( Project ) . The Project is located 1 , 250 feet north of W . Woodbridge Rd . , <br /> 930 feet west of the intersection of W . Woodbridge Road and W . Lucas Road near <br /> Woodbridge , CA . <br /> The District offers the following comments at this time regarding the Project : <br /> 1 ) Project Related Emissions <br /> At the federal level under the National Ambient Air Quality Standards ( NAAQS ) , the <br /> District is designated as extreme nonattainment for the 8 - hour ozone standards and <br /> serious nonattainment for the particulate matter less than 2 . 5 microns in size <br /> ( PM2 . 5 ) standards .
