Dillon : <br /> You have requested a " Will Serve " letter from Woodbridge Sanitary District ( "District" ) <br /> for the residential subdivision proposed by your client , Redeeming Way LLC , which would result <br /> in the development of a 27 -home subdivision in Woodbridge , the ("Project" ) . The property upon <br /> which the Project would be developed is commonly referred to as APN : 015 - 020 - 56 , the <br /> ("Property . " ) As you are aware , the Property is outside of the District ' s Sphere of Influence which <br /> requires that the District to make an application to LAFCO to amend same and request annexation <br /> of the Property . A Reimbursement Agreement between the District and your client was approved <br /> at the October 13 , 2021 , Board meeting and the LAFCO process will now begin in earnest . <br /> However, as you know, the process takes several months . Therefore , a traditional " Will Serve " <br /> letter can not be provided at this time . <br /> However , as indicated at the Board meeting , the District engineer believes the District has <br /> the sewer capacity to serve the Project . Therefore , subject to LAFCO ' s approval of the District ' s <br /> applications , and barring any unforeseen circumstances , the District will be able to provide sewer <br /> services to the Project .
